Our chief nerd! With over 20 years in the industry, Tim has a proven passion for digital product development. With a background as a full stack developer, Tim has expert level experience building applications for clients from Fortune 500 companies to new startups. He focuses on choosing the right solutions that fit the business goals and objectives of each project. Tim excels at translating complicated technical jargon into simple, approachable language. But he’s not just 0s and 1s. Tim is also an avid reader, a water-skier and a D&D enthusiast.

Rachel gets the job done and makes sure it’s fun. She manages all aspects of client projects from timelines to budgets to delivery. Rachel matches the right team to each project and ensures everyone is set up for success. She has a knack for fostering partnerships with clients and creating a collaborative, team environment. Rachel draws on her experience in a variety of fields including retail, corporate training and MA studies in Psychology to understand and overcome the challenges her clients face. She will also never forget your birthday! Rachel loves spending time with family at the cottage, hosting dinner parties and laughing with friends.

Everyone loves Daniel. He is a proven full stack developer whose talents quickly earned him the title Lead Developer. Graduating with a Bachelor of Computing, he thinks about the big picture of a project, applying an understanding of high-level architectural design, patterns and logic. Daniel has proven experience building high quality, efficient, maintainable digital products. He actively mentors junior team members and works collaboratively with other roles including designers, project managers, owners and stakeholders. Daniel loves all sports, renovation projects, and generally being wherever the people are.
